KSMA Welcomes Ms. Elizabeth!

April 22, 2016 By Diane Slone

????????????????????????????????????

We are very excited to announce that cellist Elizabeth Riley will be joining our faculty in August, 2016.  Ms. Elizabeth comes to us with extensive training and experience in Suzuki pedagogy, performance, early childhood education and music education.

Ms. Elizabeth has a high level of enthusiasm and energy in her teaching and personality; her cello teaching and orchestra conducting are both highly engaging.

With the arrival of Ms. Elizabeth, we are able to expand our offerings in both cello and Early Childhood, as well as implementing some new programs…stay tuned for more news!

Welcome, Ms. Elizabeth!   We look forward to seeing you in August!

The details are finally settled, so now is the time to place your t-shirt orders!

Once the order has been placed, we will begin using these as our “uniform” (wearing black dress pants/skirt on the bottom) for most performances other than our most formal concerts.   They will debut at the Starlight Recital on Saturday, 21 May, where – at the elderly home’s request – the violin/viola Twinkle Group, Lalo and Paganini Groups will perform in addition to the soloists.
