TIME: Arrive 14:30, Recital Begins 15:00

LOCATION:  Lecture Hall, Sheung Wan Civic Centre

DRESS:  “Concert Best”

• Casual clothing of any sort is not appropriate

NOTES:

• Every person will wear a mask 100% of the time inside the building
• Temperature will be taken on arrival at the building
• No beverages or food inside the building
• No flowers may be given to the performer
• Photos may ONLY be taken from the audience seat
  • No photos may be taken on stage following the performance
  • As always, no flash may be used
• 1 adult per family will be admitted to the recital
  • Livestream is not available
  • Video recordings will be made and links shared with each studio
• Seating will be assigned
  • precise seating plan will be different between the halls
  • assigned seat tickets will be distributed at the door

  • Students will get their instruments ready at their seat
  • Cases will be stored on the floor under the empty seat next to the student seat
