Recent Updates
Here are the most recent updates from the Bali Conference Committee:
- PIANO students will have a daily gamelan class!
- All string students in Book 2 and above will be placed in an orchestra
- String students in Book 1 will have a musicianship class in lieu of orchestra
- The orchestras and gamelan will join together to perform a commissioned work at the closing ceremony
(this means that they will play something written just for them to play at this conference!) - Student model cellos will be available to rent at US$50 per instrument
Some reminders:
- Group registration information and payment must be submitted to Ms. Lan no later than 29 January.
- All families must submit their accommodations requests to the conference individually. It has been suggested that we do so as quickly as possible, as accommodations are limited
